How to properly execute the incline leg press for maximum results

The proper usage of the incline leg press is to begin by adjusting the position of the seat into a comfortable position. Spread your feet of the platform shoulder-width apart. That is until your legs are nearly straight, and yes, you push the platform up with your legs. Then, lower the platform again until it is slightly back down, but don’t lock your knees. Do this exercise several times for best results.
