Switch Exercises: Variety is the Spice of Life To keep things fresh, you can switch it up with other types of bench presses, such as the incline bench press or dumbbell bench press, to work different muscles and make it interesting.
Don’t Bounce the Bar: When you bounce the bar off your chest, you diminish how effectively you can perform the exercise, and you can hurt yourself.
Warm Up and Cool Down dumbbell incline bench presses: Make sure you always warm up with a few light exercises. Post-workout, stretch and roll out those muscles to feel better.
