One of our personal favorites is the tricep extension machine, which is amazing for toning the muscles located in the back of your arms. Just change the weight, take hold of the handles, and charge down to work those muscles. My other favorite is the shoulder raise home cardio equipment, which is great for toning your shoulders. Simply raise the handles and let the burn settle in!
